Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Before 24 hours of pickup, the goods booking payment shall be refundable.
  • After pickup, a 50% cancellation charge will be applicable as per the total invoice value due to pickup and packing expenses.
  • If cancellation is requested after the goods have been dispatched, no refund will be provided.
  • All requests for cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our official email address: info@primerelocationpackers.com.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval of the cancellation request.
  • In the case of any dispute, the decision of Prime Relocation Packers And Movers will be final and binding.
